Modzone is an architecture & engineering company that integrates its knowledge from design to construction with innovative technologies. Has production knowledge. It differentiates itself from other companies by being able to implement any design element desired in the structure and establish the cycle from production to construction.

Its founder is Umut Uysal. He graduated from METU Department of Architecture, Faculty of Architecture in 2017. He is the designer of the Modzone system, with his experience in construction site, project design and production. Umut Uysal, who launched Modzone on a design-production-construction process, acted with the thought that the solutions addressed in complex structures could be addressed in all structures in a much more practical and systematic way. In particular, it sees that the production wing of the sector and the structure are very independent from each other and continues its work in this regard by providing the connection from the structure to the production.
